Creative Answers was founded in 1997 by Carolann Shepherd as a solutions provider for companies seeking improvement in their operations.  In the early years, the primary focus of Creative Answers was in the equipment leasing field, an industry with which it's founder was abundantly familiar.

In 2001, Carolann and her business associate, Lynda Jackson, set out to find the perfect learning management system  for Lynda's growing soft skills training company.  It quickly became evident that the only way to get a system that had all the functionality that they required at a price that they could afford would be to build it.

In 2004 with CoreCentria well under development, Creative Answers incorporated as a Canadian corporation and Lynda Jackson became Vice President.

In order to produce a state of the art product,  Creative Answers has extended its reach to network with individuals and small companies that are entrepreneurial and cutting edge.  This team of professionals has been the enabling factor in turning out a product that is affordable, intuitive and which uses the latest technologies.
